With over 17 years of technical experience helping financial services organizations automate key processes and optimize workflows, he has held a range of positions that contribute to his expertise, including senior product specialist, senior business integration engineer, and more.
William Pool
Infrastructure Services Manager at SMA Technologies
William (Will) Pool is an Infrastructure Services Manager whose primary responsibilities include the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of the infrastructure supporting our SaaS products, such as OpCon and Wripple. He and his team are also responsible for configuring and monitoring customer instances within that infrastructure.
Will began his career at 16 with Pennzoil as an assistant network administrator, and over the next 30+ years, he gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is still as passionate about technology today as he was all those years ago.
Brian Drye
Automation Consultant
Brian Drye is an Automation Consultant who engages with clients to implement and configure SMA software products in ways that provide immediate and measurable value to our customers. He implements and applies OpCon and workflow automation best practices to ensure our customers maximize the full value of what OpCon offers.
Prior to joining SMA, Brian worked in IT for 16 years in a variety of roles. Most recently, he spent 8 years in the credit union space, where he was a lead automation engineer, primarily utilizing OpCon.
