Todd Dauchy
Chief Executive Officer of SMA Technologies
Todd Dauchy is the Chief Executive Officer of SMA Technologies. He is responsible for planning and executing the overall vision, strategy and operations of the company. He started his career with SMA as Chief Technology Officer in 2012 and was promoted to President in 2018.
Prior to joining the company, Dauchy was a client of SMA working for a large credit union. He has also led a large data center for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and guided the IT teams of two large consumer goods manufacturing companies through the acquisition and merger process.
Dauchy’s greatest strengths are change management, a passion for progression, and leadership. In every challenge he has faced, he was a leader in the company’s transformation to the next level of performance. He is known within the company for having his finger on the pulse of all of SMA’s major business initiatives, with an ability to provide guidance and make decisions with a deft touch.
Dauchy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration. He has long been a fan of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, attending multiple events every year. He lives in Houston with his wife of over 30 years, with two grown children and three grandchildren. They have a shared passion for traveling and creating memories with their family.
Ryan Dimick
Chief Product Officer at SMA Technologies
Ryan Dimick is the Chief Product Officer at SMA Technologies, responsible for creating and executing the product vision of the company. He oversees product management and development for all product lines, providing customers with automation expertise through the Managed Automation Services offering, assisting customers with Customer Support, and leads the internal Information Technology team.
Dimick has worked in positions within or serving Financial Institutions for more than 15 years and has a passion for using automation to provide superior customer service and reliability. Prior to joining SMA in 2013, he worked at a financial institution in various roles throughout IT. During that time, Dimick worked as part of a team to implement automation and recognized the impact it could have on its operations.
Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his wife, pets, and extended family. He loves creating and thinks his inventive tacos are world-class. He is an avid gardener and loves being outdoors.
Ted Goldwyn
Founder of Ted Goldwyn Communications
Ted Goldwyn is the founder of Ted Goldwyn Communications, a marketing, communications, and research firm based in Corning, New York that develops research-driven, long-form content for organizations in the financial services industry. Ted has been published in numerous industry journals including Credit Union Magazine and CreditUnions.com.
Previously, Ted served in management and executive roles at Corning Credit Union and The Bank of New York. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Andrea Downing
Community Engagement Manager at SMA Technologies
Andrea Downing serves as the Community Engagement Manager at SMA Technologies. She is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to actively engage customers, collect invaluable feedback, and translate their insights into tangible improvements for products and services. By listening to the Voice of the Customer, she contributes to SMA's enhanced understanding and fulfillment of customer needs and expectations.
Prior to joining SMA in 2022, Andrea spent the last 20 years working with libraries worldwide, where she held roles as a software trainer, sales engineer, and product owner for a major library software company.
Andrea holds a Master of Arts degree in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, complemented by an MBA from Regent University.
