Complete core processes
EASE may help with the ACH process, but OpCon can fully automate the process by uploading files to the Fed. Get your files in and out on time, automate the process from start to finish, and remove the need for human intervention.
Monitor your processes
Rather than take time away from your other responsibilities, OpCon monitors your processes to make sure other people get the files they need on time, every time. And if for some reason a file is late, OpCon can notify the department so appropriate action can be taken.

The role-based self-service option gives them the tools they need without giving them access to OpCon, so they can do their job without interrupting yours.
Simply file transfers
EASE can retrieve files from vendors that must be processed, but OpCon's file transfer capabilities make sure that data is put into the appropriate internal environments, such as your data warehouse, cold storage, or with certain business units to run through reporting. Create a bridge between your data warehouses and your CRM to transfer data between the two. When peer-to-peer vendors are inconsistent with their file delivery, OpCon can handle auto recovery and the balancing of those payment service files. When EASE can’t FTP files in or out, OpCon can take over your file transfers effectively.

If anyone in your organization needs reports from an internal data warehouse, OpCon can perform data loads, run SQL reports from the data in the warehouse, and deliver the necessary reports.
