George Loose is the Technical Product Manager for the OpCon IBM i agent at SMA Technologies. He’s responsible for designing, coding, and documenting the agent’s software, as well as providing training and support services to SMA customers.
Prior to joining SMA in 2005, George was a senior technical consultant and hands-on developer for banking, financial, and healthcare industry applications for two other software companies, addressing a worldwide market. George has specialized in IBM midrange computer application development for almost 50 years with a focus on interfacing with non-IBM systems.
Andrea Downing
Product Marketing Manager at SMA Technologies
Andrea Downing is the Product Marketing Manager at SMA Technologies. She is responsible for featuring the benefits and advantages of OpCon through webinars and visual materials.
Prior to joining SMA, she had spent the last 20 years working with libraries all over the globe. She held the positions of software trainer, sales engineer, and product owner for a major library software company.
