Our assessments help us determine if SMA and the role you have applied to are a good fit. Your application is assessed by our HR department and the hiring manager. If our recruiters believe you are a potential match for the role, they will schedule a phone call to learn more about your skills and experience.

Our interviewing process helps us make sure we hire people who will grow within our culture.
