Tom Vermette is the Chief Technical Officer for SouthEast Bank where he oversees the daily application operations and sets the strategic technical direction for the bank. He is in the process of launching a subsidiary company focused on DNA technical professional services, managed services, custom development (DNA & Q2) and consulting.
Prior to joining SouthEast Bank, Tom was Vice President with the DNA Core at Fiserv. In his role, Tom was responsible for Custom Development, Transition Support, Service Management, Managed Services (Batch Operations, Upgrades, Oracle and SQL Server), CoreAPI Professional Services and Tier 3 Triage Support. Tom has 31 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
Andrea Downing
Community Engagement Manager at SMA Technologies
Andrea Downing serves as the Community Engagement Manager at SMA Technologies. She is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to actively engage customers, collect invaluable feedback, and translate their insights into tangible improvements for products and services. By listening to the Voice of the Customer, she contributes to SMA's enhanced understanding and fulfillment of customer needs and expectations.
Prior to joining SMA in 2022, Andrea spent the last 20 years working with libraries worldwide, where she held roles as a software trainer, sales engineer, and product owner for a major library software company.
Andrea holds a Master of Arts degree in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, complemented by an MBA from Regent University.
